Hiking trips cancellation and refund policy
The following cancellation policies are applicable depending on how many days before departure the cancellation is made. Cancellations must be made by phone call,text or email to Sunny Outdoors
0-3 days before departure = no refunds.
14-7 days before departure = 50% of the value of the total booking cost.
More than 14 days before departure = a full refund will be given.
In the unlikely event that the event or trip doesn't happen, a full refund will be issued. However, Sunny Outdoors accepts no further liability.
